Two Point Throws

Two point techniques are described visually below. In addition, the reader is reminded that the second caution given results in a two point penalty, and a 10 second but less than 20 second hold down also results in 2 points being scored.

A throw from mat position to a side with the opponent completely being lifted.

The throw on a side with the attacker's touching the mat by any part of the body.

The throw on a buttock, stomach, shoulder, or chest without the attacker falling down.

Throwing the opponent from the knees to back (with quick roll through) without the attacker falling down.
