One Point Technique

One Point Throws

The following more detailed descriptions provide visual guidance as to the proper criteria for scoring the various one point techniques. In addition, the reader is reminded that one point is given for the first caution.


Throws on one or both knees, hands or arms without the attacker falling down.


A throw from the kneeling position with falling down.


A throw of the opponent from the knees with the attacker falling down (not shown in picture).
